Term Paper Topics in Bangladesh
Term Paper Topics in BangladeshThe following article discusses the popular topics in Bangladesh language research and includes some tips for the aspiring researchers. These are quite relevant for those who are currently working on the topic and considering the possibility of writing a dissertation in the future. These are some of the terms in Bangladesh, which are commonly used in the study of the country.Ethnic groups and subgroups: There are a number of ethnic groups in Bangladesh. Some are well established while others are yet to make their presence felt. They are known as subgroups of ethnic groups, whose group names differ by region or town. All these have their own specific terms and are included in the abovementioned categories. The terms of various subgroups of an ethnic group are also part of the above mentioned list. These are often used to differentiate one ethnic group from another. For example, if a person belonging to the Bisho tribe lives on a particular hill and grows rice and salt, they are called Bishoipuwa, whereas if a person belongs to an ethnic group which grows gram, pulses and rice, they are referred to as Bangwa. Bang is a name used for Bangla people. Similarly, Bang, Bangli, Bangle, Banglah and Bangles are terms for Bangla people.Syllabic changes: The syllabic system of Bangladesh language is known as Bihari Syllabary. In this system, consonants are pronounced by dropping the final syllable and dropping the tongue to one side. This is known as the 'reverse-consonant' way of pronouncing the sounds in the language.Type of letter in the language: The word 'amma' has four forms: 'amma', 'amman', 'gamma'amma'. The spelling is preserved in the Hindi language. But, in English, the name gets changed to the plural form, 'ammonia' as in the case of online searches for 'ammonia-based cures'. Bangla is written with a lowercase 'amma' and the name is normally written in upper case, especially when referring to numbers.English and Bengali: The words 'human beings 'human beings' are both used in the same sentences. These words can be used to mean either 'persons'group of persons' or both.Nouns: The first one is usually spelled out. The nouns are not commonly used by speakers of the language. This is because, as mentioned earlier, the nouns are either plural or singular. The nouns in Bangladesh have names ending with either 'an'a' with an 'e' sound.Indefinite article: The word 'in' is used when talking about people and things, but the word 'out' is used to talk about an activity such as fishing, walking and sitting. The 'in' article is only used in nouns. They are never used in verbs, pronouns and adjectives.
